  1. Love the blog version of Sunday Currently! I was actually just thinking about how the visa process was going the other day for you guys! Hopefully it will come quicker than expected.

  2. You are officially the only person on the internet whose voice sounds just like I imagined it. Congratulations! :) The candle and the music and your perfectly imperfect braid and comfy shirt make me kind of want to move in.

  3. haha about the braid - when I try to do a normal braid down my back, it's never centered on my head so I've given up trying and just go for the side braid!

  4. Good luck with the visa times, I know how disheartening the wait can be but I am sure it will be here before you know it and you can be at home comfy with your husband.

  5. I agree with Daci - you sound exactly as I imagined you would [I think I took note of this when I watched a running vlog of yours]. I really enjoyed your vlogged edition of the Sunday Currently - a LOT. And I also think your apartment is cozy & inviting.

I hope the Visa process speeds up for y'all. I know it must be maddening to have to wait & wait.

Your vlog has reawakened in me the urge to vlog myself. I go back & forth between feeling bashful about it, but there really is a whole extra level of connection when you can see a person & hear their voice. Perhaps I'll vlog my own Sunday Currently one week soon.

  6. Is it in THE Shire? Sorry, nerd joke. And yes, I'm almost a week late watching this.

Cotton candles are my favorite. I think it's about the only scent that Nick and I agree on.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's the Vaseline for? Just protecting your face from chapping?

Hoping that Jon gets here soon as well! (before early March preferably!)

  7. I put Vaseline on my lips ALWAYS and on my nose when it's raw from blowing - sometimes I dab a bit on the outer corners of my eyes because they get really dry in the winter too :(
