With A Little Help From My Friends

If you all remember, one of fun bits of my new sponsorship program is a link-up that my sponsors and I will co-host with a different topic every month.  I'm delighted to tell you that, after much emailing back and forth, Belinda, Nicola, Julie, Whitney, Megan, and I have decided on a theme that, in Julie's words, is "righteous." Here it is:

If I could be six years old again for a day, I would...

What would you do if you could be six years old for a day, with all the delights and frustrations (not being able to wear a dress to summer camp was a big one for me) of childhood at your fingertips?  I don't know about you, but I plan on actually reenacting the best parts of being six years old.  (Hint: it may include a nap.)  Join my sponsors and me next Tuesday, July 30, and let us know what your day would look like!  The link-up will go live at 7am EST, and I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Speaking of partnerships, I wanted to let you know that I won't be accepting any sponsors for August.  I don't think I could go completely internet-free for the two weeks I'll be in England for my wedding, but the least I can do for my fiancé and my family is unplug a bit - and that means from this blog.  I'll still be around on Twitter and Instagram, but my presence on Betsy Transatlantically will be sporadic in the second half of the month.  I want this to work for everyone, so sponsorships will be back in September!  Three of the five spots are gone already, but email me at betsytransatlantically@gmail.com if you think you might want one of the two remaining Casual Traveler openings or if you want to plan further into the autumn.

And finally, I've jumped in myself and am currently supporting Tina, my blog friend turned real-life friend, over at Like Ordinary Life!  She's hosting a fab giveaway with her sponsors - enter here for a chance to win a mini Longchamp Le Pliage tote!

  1. Nice! I have one navy longchamp bag that my mom brought back for me from Paris complete with the Eiffel tower and all. I would absolutely not mind another.
