So, although I had already scheduled my annual eye check-up for late August, I called the ophthalmologist when my eyes started bothering me earlier this week. He was able to fit me in to a cancellation yesterday, and after the usual drops and a few more unusual tests, he determined that something's wrong. (Yes, he did tell me specifics, but no, I won't share them with you; you've got plenty of disgusting details in the paragraph above.) If left untreated, it could cause serious problems down the line, but everything should be fine if I start being more proactive about taking care of my eyes.
I've got antibiotics and drops for the next week, which will clear up the acute problems, but there's one big change I need to make: I've got to replace my contacts with glasses, at least for a few weeks, while we monitor the situation. My current glasses are five years old and aren't fit to be worn in public, so I need your help to pick a pair of new frames!
Whitney introduced me to a website where you can virtually try on glasses and I sort of went to town. I picked my three favorite options: rectangular wire frames, rectangular plastic ones, and more rounded plastic. What do you think, dear readers? Which should I get?
I like the first one. :)

I love the third ones!!!
ReplyDeleteI like the first pair most! When you said that Whitney introduced you to this, I was really confused! I was like, "I don't remember ever using this site before!" haha!
ReplyDeleteThe first pair gets my vote!
